About me
Hi, I’m Maddy :)
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for exercise and nutrition. I grew up loving all things sport-related and started competing in triathlons from a young age. This love for movement and health led me to study Exercise and Nutrition Science at university, graduating in 2016.
I’ve always enjoyed watching my parents cook and developed a curiosity for making food from scratch from a young age. Studying at university gave me a deeper understanding of the human body and the powerful impact that exercise and nutrition can have on overall health and wellbeing.
Over the years, as I learned more about where our food comes from and how to prepare it, I gained a greater appreciation for the importance of nutrition in supporting long-term wellbeing. Despite my passion for health, I struggled with gut issues for many years. In 2023, I followed a gut-healing protocol and experienced just how powerful healing your gut can be. My health improved significantly—my mind felt clearer, digestive symptoms disappeared, and I truly felt like the best version of myself.
I want others to experience this transformation too.
That’s why I started Nourish Within Nutrition—a space where I work holistically to get to the root cause of your symptoms, not just treat them on the surface. I take a comprehensive approach, analysing your blood work, using my custom symptom management form, and connecting with you one-on-one to fully understand your health story.
I follow my Five Pillars of Health and believe in personalised support—because there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to wellness. My approach focuses on a whole food diet, sustainable habits, and tailored recommendations that work for you and your lifestyle.
This is not about restriction—it’s about nourishing your body in a way that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering. My goal is to give you the tools, confidence, and support to take control of your health for the long term.

If you’re feeling lost on your journey towards better health and don’t know where to start, I am here to help. We can start with a Free Discovery Call first to see if this is for you.

You can choose what plan works best for you. If you want a one off consult with recommendations we can do that. If you want more support throughout your journey you can get the full package where we connect more.

After our discovery call, if you decide you want us to work together, I will send you a blood work request form that you will take to your doctor. Once you get your bloods taken you will send them to me at least 5 days before your initial appointment.

Of course, I offer nutrition meal plans with grocery lists if you just need some guidance on that. If you want to completely overhaul and improve your health and wellbeing the 12 week gut health plan would be better for you.
